ATLAS ANALYTICS is seeking an experienced, operations-driven, and entrepreneurially-minded person to run and expand the organization. You will work closely with the founders, focusing on the mission to scale the ATLAS SalesOS, one of the leading players in the B2B Sales Pipeline-as-a-Service industry.

  2. Passion for Running Organizations: With or without us, running an organization and managing people is your calling.

  4. Startup Mentality: You're familiar with the scrappiness of running a startup vs. the corporate world.
  5. Hands-On Leadership: You have a track record of running teams and organizations with a hands-on attitude.
  6. Results-Driven: You operate on logic, drive results, and provide cadence to the teams.

What You Can Expect:

  1. Daily Active Engagement: Leadership, management, and accountability for the team and product.
  2. Operational Ownership: Ownership of all day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  3. Business Workflow Optimization: Testing, validation, and refinement of business workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  4. Founder Support: Coaching and support from the founder team.
  5. Profit and Loss Responsibility: You will own the P&L over time.
  6. Profit Share: You will have a significant profit share in the business, i.e., you will think like an owner from day one.
  7. Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone to commit full-time and exclusively to growing, building, and owning the ATLAS SalesOS.

Requirements:

  1. Risk Appetite and Capacity: Comfortable with taking risks.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in running teams and/or organizations.
  3. Coachability: Open to learning and growth.
  4. Effective Communicator: Able to have tough but necessary conversations with people and stakeholders.
  5. Rational and Objective: Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
  6. Startup Skills: Solid track record with skills in a key startup discipline (sales, operations, tech, product, marketing, etc.).
  7. Domain Expertise: Relevant domain expertise in Sales & Lead Generation (optional).
