Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Singapore is seeking a pest management professional to collaborate with customers, Operations and Sales, ensuring tailored pest control programs and proper documentation.

You will manage monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, support audit readiness, conduct quality checks and site walk-downs, and handle pest identification inquiries across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Entomology or biological sciences or Environmental Science
• Knowledge of biology and behaviour of structural pests is an advantage
• Good documentation skills, well organized and detail oriented
• Resourceful, proactive and has a high level of initiative

Responsibilities

• Work with Customers, Operations and Sales to ensure pest management programs with relevant documentation
• Monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting and ensuring customers pass audits
• Quality checks and regular walk downs at customer sites to maintain service levels
• Handle customer enquiries regarding pest identification reports
• Troubleshooting for unresolved pest issues with Operations and Sales to resolve
• There are monthly and yearly quality inspection targets for this role
• This role will handle different customers across industries with reporting obligations

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to work with Customers, Operations and Sales team closely to ensure sites have proper pest management program with relevant documentations.
• Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting and also ensuring customers pass audits (internally and externally).
• Quality Checks and Quality Assurance or regular walk downs at customer site to ensure the pest management service level are maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries with regards to the difficult pest identification or preparation of pest identification reports.
• Troubleshooting for unresolved pest issues and working closely with Operations and Sales to resolve these pest issues.
• There are monthly and yearly quality inspection targets for this role of achieve.
• This role will handle different customers (from across various industries) both inclusive and exclusive of reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Entomology /biological sciences/ Environmental Science are welcome to apply
• Posses Knowledge of biology and behaviour of structural pests will be an advantage (But not a must)
• Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Good documentation skills, well organized and detailed oriented.
• Resourceful, proactive and has a very high level of initiative.
