You will handle web mastering in an enterprise CMS, manage content requests, and collaborate with multiple business units to ensure accurate, timely publishing and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years in contents production field.
• HTML knowledge essential.
• Experience with online content management for web; mobile a plus.
• Organised, meticulous, outspoken, and eager to learn.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to flexible schedules during critical periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform web mastering across enterprise CMS; publish content per governance.
• Support platform revamps and large-scale content migrations.
• Maintain high-volume multi-unit content estate with accuracy and compliance.
• Operate within enterprise content management system structures, approved design systems, and publishing workflows for scalable operations.
• Plan and manage content requests with stakeholders and ensure timely publishing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects.
