Job summary

Mistral AI is hiring its first APAC Technical Support Engineer to own the regional support presence. You will tackle complex issues (APIs, model behavior, latency) and be the go‑to technical resource for enterprise customers in APAC.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Product, develop regional processes, and mentor future hires while supporting hybrid/remote Singapore-based operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, DevOps, or SRE roles in SaaS/AI/cloud.
• Hands-on debugging with APIs, logs, tracing, and performance profiling.
• Ability to write Python or Bash for debugging/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical support for enterprise and strategic APAC customers.
• Debug, reproduce, and resolve advanced issues (APIs, model behavior, latency).
• Bridge customers with engineering and product to drive regional success.
• Shape APAC-tailored support processes and runbooks.
