Job summary

Galaxy Data Center Singapore is building its enterprise IT stack, giving you end‑to‑end ownership of the architecture, deployment, and operation of Lark, Weaver OA, and Kingdee ERP. You will implement integrations, automate workflows, and lead security and identity across endpoints as the company scales.

You will design and ship 0→1 builds, manage SSO and lifecycle provisioning, and drive an automation roadmap using Lark, Weaver, n8n/Power Automate, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT, including at least one 0→1 build (or full rebuild) of a company's enterprise systems
• Hands-on Lark administration in production, including the Lark Open Platform (bots, approval flows, APIs)
• Real implementation or integration experience with Kingdee, Weaver, or comparable Chinese enterprise ERP / OA platforms
• A proven automation track record — be ready to walk us through three workflows you've automated, with the flows or scripts to show
• Practical API integration skills: read API docs, test in Postman, and write glue code between systems
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English — our platform vendors, documentation, and headquarters are China-based, while local operations run in English

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Enterprise Applications & Integration including Lark as workspace, Weaver OA, and Kingdee ERP
• Develop and maintain API integrations across Lark, Kingdee, Weaver, and other internal systems
• Drive automation roadmap and build joiner–mover–leaver (JML) processes for identity, devices, and apps
• Manage identity & endpoint: SSO, lifecycle management, provisioning, and security
• Oversee Security & Operations: network, endpoint security baseline, access controls, and ISO 27001 / SOC 2-aligned practices

About the Role

Galaxy Data Center is building its Singapore corporate technology function from the ground up. Our enterprise stack centers on Lark and Weaver OA, with an ambitious automation roadmap ahead. We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Systems & IT Manager to own this stack end to end — applications, integrations, identity, endpoints, network, and automation.

This is a builder role: you will architect, deploy, integrate, and run these systems yourself, bringing in vendors only where it makes sense. It is not a vendor-management or pure helpdesk role.

What You'll Own

Enterprise Applications & Integration

Administer Lark as our core workspace: tenant administration, org structure, approval flows, and the Lark Open Platform (bots, apps, APIs)

Own the Weaver OA platform: workflow and approval design, form building, and integration with surrounding systems

Support and integrate Kingdee ERP: master-data sync, finance and HR workflow touchpoints

Build and maintain API integrations across Lark, Kingdee, Weaver, and other company-selected internal enterprise system

Automation & AI

Own and execute the internal automation roadmap

Design and ship joiner–mover–leaver (JML) automation across identity, devices, and applications

Automate workflows using the Lark and Weaver workflow engines, n8n / Power Automate, and scripting (Python or PowerShell)

Evaluate and roll out AI productivity tooling with sensible governance

Identity & Endpoint

SSO and access management across Lark, Kingdee, Weaver, and other core systems

Full laptop lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, MDM, patching, secure offboarding

IT asset inventory and management

Security & Operations

Office network (firewall, Wi-Fi, VPN) and endpoint security baseline

Access control, audit logging, and support for ISO 27001 / SOC 2-aligned practices

Run day-to-day IT support for Singapore staff, hands-on now, building the function as we scale

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in enterprise IT, including at least one 0→1 build (or full rebuild) of a company's enterprise systems

Hands-on Lark administration in production, including the Lark Open Platform (bots, approval flows, APIs) — not just end-user familiarity

Real implementation or integration experience with Kingdee, Weaver, or comparable Chinese enterprise ERP / OA platforms

A proven automation track record — be ready to walk us through three workflows you've automated, with the flows or scripts to show

Practical API integration skills: comfortable reading API docs, testing in Postman, and writing glue code between systems

Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English — our platform vendors, documentation, and headquarters are China-based, while local operations run in English

Bonus Points

Microsoft 365 / Intune or Google Workspace administration experience

ISO 27001 or SOC 2 implementation or audit-support experience

Internal AI tools or agents shipped to real users (beyond experimentation)
