Our portfolio company is a leading technology firm with offices across Asia. They are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to head the regional sales efforts and to be based in Singapore. This role plays a pivotal role in transforming industry practices.

The incumbent who will excel in this role is a hands-on individual contributor, experienced in software sales, has a hunter mentality and holds business relationships with senior executives from financial institutions, especially banks in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New customers acquisitions
  • Lead regional sales cycles to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and sustain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within major accounts.
  • Understand client needs and propose AI-driven solutions to cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, proposals, and other sales activities.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and partners to align solutions with client needs.
  • Stay current on competitive offerings and market trends.
  • Ensure timely and accurate account updates within CRM.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8-15 years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Strong network with senior executives in the Financial Services sector (especially banks)
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
