What will you do
- Target manufacturing companies requiring Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
- Engage with senior executives to initiate discussions and generate leads.
- Achieve high conversion rates through persistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Expand relationships within existing large accounts and develop recurring revenue streams.
- Meet targets for activities, conversions, and revenue; monitor and report on key metrics.
- Ensure measurable impact of L&D programs and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients using industry knowledge and pitch tailored solutions to CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers.
- Create and implement personalized learning journeys, evaluate their effectiveness, and optimize based on impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk's offerings, ensuring impactful delivery and tangible results.
What skills do you need
- Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field; MBA from Tier 1 or 2 institutes preferred.
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of organizational hierarchies and roles.
- Value-driven sales approach, with experience in client acquisition, account management, and channel management.
- Experience with L&D solutions for manufacturing.
- Proven success in lead generation, deal closure, and key account management.
