What will you do
  1. Target manufacturing companies requiring Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
  2. Engage with senior executives to initiate discussions and generate leads.
  3. Achieve high conversion rates through persistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
  4. Expand relationships within existing large accounts and develop recurring revenue streams.
  5. Meet targets for activities, conversions, and revenue; monitor and report on key metrics.
  6. Ensure measurable impact of L&D programs and maintain customer satisfaction.
  7. Identify potential clients using industry knowledge and pitch tailored solutions to CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers.
  8. Create and implement personalized learning journeys, evaluate their effectiveness, and optimize based on impact.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalk's offerings, ensuring impactful delivery and tangible results.
What skills do you need
  1. Bachelor's degree in sales or a related field; MBA from Tier 1 or 2 institutes preferred.
  2. 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Understanding of organizational hierarchies and roles.
