Based in Singapore (Tetherfi HQ)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to support the expansion of our business through direct sales and partner-driven growth. This is an individual contributor role focused on building strong relationships with large enterprise customers and existing channel partners to drive revenue growth for Tetherfi’s product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal closures and long-term customer success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and key channel partners
  • Drive pipeline creation through planning, joint campaigns, and partner engagement
  • Participate in joint selling activities – including meetings, demos, and proposal development
  • Manage partner and customer engagements to ensure mutual success and ROI
  • Achieve individual sales targets for orders, revenue, and profitability
  • Sell across the full Tetherfi product portfolio, including enterprise and cloud solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitch, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and closing
  • Manage customer relationships across the sales lifecycle - from prospecting to renewal
  • Represent Tetherfi at industry events and partner-led engagements
  • Provide market insights to product teams to influence roadmap decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 to 6 years of direct and/or channel-based sales experience in B2B enterprise software
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience, Customer Service, UC, CC, CRM, or Fintech solutions
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software sales: on-premise, hosted, hybrid and cloud models
  • Experience with or selling to ecosystem partners in the contact center domain
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Consultative and strategic selling approach with strong relationship management skills
  • Experience working with regional or global sales teams preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
