Your Mission

As an Account Manager, you will drive growth and success for our Enterprise Accounts in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector in Singapore. Your responsibilities include developing key relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping clients maximize value from UiPath solutions. In our high-growth environment, you'll have significant autonomy to influence the company's direction while transforming client operations in the digital era. You will also act as the voice of our clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product development strategies.

This is what you'll do at UiPath

  • Engage with C-level and executive decision-makers to identify new opportunities within large BFSI clients
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to meet or exceed customer objectives and maximize wallet share
  • Manage and forecast sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets and company goals
  • Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address challenges
  • Promote a culture of sales excellence through consistent application of sales processes and metrics
  • Build strong relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners to strengthen UiPath's market position
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic progress

  • 10+ years of experience in field sales, selling enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives
  • 5+ years of experience selling specifically to BFSI organizations
  • Deep technical understanding of automation and digital transformation
  • Proven success in consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects
  • Experience in building relationships with large enterprise customers for business expansion
  • Success in developing long-term account strategies with existing clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging at all organizational levels
