An excellent Enterprise Sales Director – AI Solutions opportunity has just arisen at one of the leading household brands.

Drive enterprise AI solution sales by cultivating strategic client relationships and achieving growth targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business within strategic target accounts using ROI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with lead generation and inside sales to build strong qualified sales pipeline.

  • Present AI and RPA solutions to VP and C-level clients aligning to business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records to support data-driven sales performance.

  • Work with partners to co-develop strategic account plans and co-sell effectively.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Financial Services/Insurance.

  • Proven success exceeding quotas and closing high-value enterprise deals consistently.

  • Strong experience selling AI, RPA, or automation technology solutions to global clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills are essential.

  • Strategic, process-driven sales approach with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
