Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client business challenges and objectives, and provide customized IT solutions, including managed services, manpower contracting, and talent placement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Talent Placement, Managed Services, and CSM) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
- Tenders, Presentations and Proposal: Support the Business team in the participation of identified business leads, not limited to examples such as, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITQ).
Qualifications
- Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT solutions, professional services, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the enterprise sector in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IT solutions, managed services, and manpower contracting is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
