Engage with senior-level executives to initiate discussions. Generate leads from marketing and lead-generation efforts. Achieve high conversion rates through persistent follow-ups and relationship-building. Focus on expanding relationships within existing large accounts. Develop recurring revenue streams by leveraging new opportunities. Consistently meet targets for input activities, conversions, and revenue. Monitor and report on key metrics regularly. Ensure the measurable impact of L&D programs and maintain customer satisfaction. Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential clients and pitch tailored solutions to senior-level executives (CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers). Create and implement personalized learning journeys, designing engaging experiences and evaluating their effectiveness. Measure the impact of interventions, adjusting as necessary to optimize client satisfaction and business outcomes. Work closely with internal teams to align client goals with AntWalks L&D offerings, ensuring delivery of impactful learning solutions that result in tangible business results.What skills do you need A bachelors degree in sales or a related field. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes preferred. 2-5 years of B2B sales experience working in Manufacturing industry is preferred. Good understanding of the hierarchy and structure of various roles in top organizations Value driven sales professional, collaborating with clients and helping them achieve their objectives Highly focused and result oriented with experience in client Acquisition, account Management, and channel management Experience with L&D solutions for Manufacturing.
