Job summary

KYEC in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs. You will optimize TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, NAT, and VPN connectivity while ensuring high availability in manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with security, applications, and data-center teams, document topology / SOPs, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure with strong hands-on enterprise networking experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing or high-availability enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching technologies.
Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet or equivalent platforms.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, VRF, LACP, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, ACL, VPN.
Experience with enterprise firewall administration and network security.
Experience deploying and supporting enterprise wireless networks.
Familiarity with LibreNMS, Zabbix, Wireshark.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Experience with data center infrastructure and structured cabling.
Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies.
Administer and optimize firewall platforms, security policies, NAT, ACLs, IPS/IDS, and VPN connectivity.
Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, perform capacity planning, and resolve issues.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery exercises.
Implement network monitoring and observability solutions.
Deploy and maintain enterprise wireless networks and optimize coverage.
Support data center network infrastructure and server connectivity.
Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable network services.
Prepare and maintain network documentation and topology diagrams.
Work with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
