Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced enterprise application specialist to understand business processes and translate them into robust, user-friendly software solutions.

You will collaborate with solution architects, developers, and end users to gather requirements, design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture and high-quality delivery. The role offers great remuneration and benefits at a central location.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or a related field.
• Experience with platforms such as Confluence and JIRA is a plus.
• Certifications in Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
• Technical experience in application system development, enhancement and maintenance across the system development lifecycle.
• Experience in planning and delivering application development and maintenance work with cross-functional product and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in Java application design, development, enhancement and maintenance; knowledge of JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers, including work planning, task allocation, technical guidance, progress monitoring and delivery oversight.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Understand organisation's business processes and partner with relevant stakeholders, including solution architects, software developers and end users, to gather requirements and support system design, application development, enhancement and maintenance.
• Work closely with various technical, solution, and information architects to ensure that the application developed is robust and aligned with the Enterprise Architecture.
• Design solutions that are high quality and functional, ensuring a good user experience.
• Plan, track and manage application system enhancements and maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct and support thorough system, user, and security testing pre-release.
• Provide ongoing application support and work with product and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues.
• Monitor application performance and service reliability, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address issues in the production environment.
