Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic business leader to drive revenue growth and enterprise client partnerships at a global level. In this senior leadership role, you will shape vertical strategy, foster C-level client relationships, and help position our client as a market leader across priority industries such as CPG, Retail, Pharma, and Finance.
Reporting to the Vice President, Client Development – Global, this role plays a pivotal part in defining and delivering client engagement strategies while collaborating with cross-functional internal teams. The successful candidate will be both a vertical expert and a trusted advisor to top-tier global brands.
This is a high-impact, onsite role based in Singapore, requiring occasional travel for client engagements and events. Remote work is not available.
Key ResponsibilitiesVertical Strategy & Industry Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive vertical strategy across priority sectors including CPG, Retail, Pharma, and Finance.
- Identify and act on emerging industry trends through in-depth research, executive engagement, and market intelligence.
- Translate insights into strategic inputs that shape product, marketing, and go-to-market plans.
Enterprise Client Leadership
- Build, lead, and own senior-level relationships with global enterprise clients (Fortune 100/500).
- Conduct high-level client engagements to understand business priorities and deliver tailored media and technology solutions.
- Represent our client as a vertical thought leader at key client forums, advisory councils, and industry events.
Strategic Business Development
- Architect and drive global account planning to ensure alignment across brand, commerce, innovation, and media functions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated, client-first solutions.
- Uncover new growth opportunities, partnership models, and co-innovation initiatives to scale client engagement and revenue.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management
- Define clear success criteria and operational frameworks for enterprise partnerships.
- Remove internal and external barriers to ensure smooth and timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize client performance outcomes in collaboration with delivery teams.
Team & Culture Leadership
- Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centricity within the Global Demand team.
- Represent team objectives and successes in executive forums, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insight-driven recommendations to refine and evolve go-to-market strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile- 10+ years in digital sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy—focused on enterprise-level client engagement.
- Proven track record in CPG, Retail, or Pharma industries through direct or consultative roles.
- Demonstrated success in structuring complex, high-value deals and scaling strategic programs.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of media performance metrics, marketing analytics, and data-driven storytelling.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to link vertical opportunities to global business priorities.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
