A global leader in digital transformation is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth and deepen relationships within a portfolio of major enterprise clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market share across complex, multi-stakeholder environments in sectors such as Energy, Industrial, Life Sciences, Retail, and Hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, aligning with evolving customer priorities and industry dynamics.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO, and Business Unit leaders) to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle – from opportunity identification through to proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including pre-sales, delivery, legal, finance, and solution architects to craft tailored, client-centric offerings.
- Drive account penetration and increase share of wallet through cross-functional engagement and trusted advisory.
- Maintain strong visibility into market trends and client business needs to position services effectively.
Requirements
- 8 + years of experience in enterprise business development, account management, or consultative sales within digital or IT services.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven success managing large, strategic accounts in sectors such as Energy, Industrial, Life Sciences, Retail, or Hospitality.
- Skilled at navigating complex organizations, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to lead conversations at the C-suite level.
- Demonstrates the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
