Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technology designs that align with business and IT strategy.

You will translate requirements into architectures, create standards, and provide technical leadership across cloud and on-premises environments while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also drive governance, security, and regulatory compliance through architecture decisions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or related technical roles.
• Experience in banking, finance, or highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions across on-prem and cloud.
• Strong understanding of architecture, integration patterns, data modeling.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise technology solutions aligned with business and IT strategy
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architecture designs, and integration models
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and reference frameworks
• Provide technical leadership across implementation, integration, and migration phases
• Facilitate architecture governance and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools
• Prepare clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations for varied audiences
• Mentor and guide team members, including architects and engineers
• Support vendor evaluation and management to ensure alignment with technical direction
