Job description

  • Strive to achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining existing portfolio of Medium Enterprise customers , while keeping within acceptable risk parameters with a focus on Network Business.
  • Collaborate with other Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads, as well as colleagues in CDD teams and partners in Risk, Compliance, other support functions, and Product.
  • Understand client needs, tailor and promote products accordingly.
  • Share with clients the product suite (ie. Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management and Wealth).
  • Prepare credit proposals and loan applications for customers.
  • Participate in client acquisition events to expand clientele base.

Skills and requirements
  • University Graduate
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients and track record in new-to-bank client acquisition.
  • Strong product knowledge on Trade, Cash Management, Lending and FX.
  • Strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment.
  • Well-versed in operational procedures & documentation relating to commercial banking.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Statement and Credit Analysis
  • Experience servicing international businesses under the cross-border context.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
