YOUR NEW JOB

As an Enterprise Architect focused on Tools, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and roadmap. You will assess the current tools landscape, identify gaps, and define architectural frameworks to support secure, scalable solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to senior leadership and working closely with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead the definition and implementation of the company’s technology roadmap in the Tools domain
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define both business and technical requirements
  • Develop architectural frameworks to guide solution design and implementation
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across tools-related application and delivery teams
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with modern best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and lead the adoption of new tools
  • Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Contribute to the development of policies and governance around enterprise tool usage
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
  • 8+ years of experience in complex tool-based projects and enterprise solutioning
  • Strong grasp of architecture methodologies and frameworks related to ITSM, ITOM, APM, CICD, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Solid understanding of modern tools and practices across the enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like BMC Helix, Microfocus, Dynatrace, Cisco AppD, ServiceNow
  • Certifications from major tool vendors (e.g., Cisco AppD, BMC Helix, Microfocus, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with government-grade infrastructure and compliance practices (e.g., IM8, GCC, Confidential Cloud)
