A leading company in Singapore seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect (Tools) to spearhead the strategic development of its enterprise tools ecosystem. You will evaluate current technologies, define architectural strategies, and ensure alignment with best practices while leading cross-functional collaborations and ensuring governance compliance.
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect (Tools) to lead the strategic development and optimization of our enterprise tools ecosystem. In this role, you will assess the current tools technology stack, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and drive the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, APM, CICD, and related domains.
Define and implement the enterprise tools architecture strategy and technology roadmap.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture and translate technical and functional requirements into architectural designs.
Develop architecture models, frameworks, and documentation to support solution planning and delivery.
Provide hands-on technical leadership to application and infrastructure teams for tools solutioning.
Ensure architectural solutions are aligned with industry best practices, security standards, and scalability needs.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and influence tool selection and IT adoption.
Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve the overall tools stack across IT operations and service delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement governance and compliance policies for tools management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in enterprise architecture with a strong focus on tools domain and delivery leadership.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade tools solutions including:
ITSM, ITOM, APM, CICD, and ServiceNow platforms
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
Familiarity with governance and compliance in regulated or government environments is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience with:
Certifications from major tools providers (e.g., ServiceNow, Cisco AppD, BMC Helix, Microfocus)
Knowledge of Government infrastructure practices and data compliance standards (e.g., IM8, Government Commercial Cloud [GCC], Confidential Cloud Computing)
