Responsibilities:

• Lead the recommendation, development and implementation of the company's technology strategy and roadmap in Tools Domain

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements.

• Develop architectural framework, models that guide the design and implementation to achieve the solution outcomes.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical and application delivery teams on Tools solutioning.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with industry best practices.

• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations and influence IT adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years work experiences in complex Tools project, delivery consultation or leading solutionsas an Enterprise Architect

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies in designing and implementing Tools solutions including ITSM, ITOM, APM, CICD, ServiceNow etc.

• Extensive knowledge of Tools technologies and services

• Experience with modern Tools practices and technologies.

Good to have:

• Tools Knowledge E.g. BMC Helix, Microfocus, Dynatrace, Cisco AppD, ServiceNow etc.

• Certifications with major Tools OEMs E.g. Cisco AppD, BMC Helix, Microfocus, ServiceNow etc.

• Environment and practices like Data Classification compliance e.g IM8, Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and/or Confidential Cloud Computing, etc
