JOB OVERVIEW

- Assist and support Lead TA in Research & Development.

- Be a member of the Architecture Committee to facilitate meetings with internal and external technical stakeholders and SMEs.

- Manage technology relationships up to CxO level and support technology thought leadership.

- Collaborate, consult, and provide the company's system standards, best practices, guidelines, and architectural principles, frameworks, and standards in engagements.

- Drive research, case studies, and prototypes on leading-edge technologies and their applications.

- Develop POCs to evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations.

- Design or propose enhancements to improve system architecture performance, availability, and reliability.

- Ensure continuous improvement of engineering standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand the company's technical environment, gather business insights, and map architecture and digital transformation solutions to business outcomes.

- Ensure architecture designs and deployments are optimal, supporting architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization.

- Assist in shaping and enhancing customer requirements.

- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical blockers.

- Apply governance methodologies such as the Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework.

- Maintain security baselines.

- Practice development: generate ideas for technology and process improvements, and drive proofs of concept.

- Experience with Cloud solutions in GCP.

- Hands-on knowledge in topics like DevOps, Big Data, Machine Learning, Serverless computing, Cloud Migration, Application Modernization.

- Knowledge of latest technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, cybersecurity, MSA, AI/ML, or real-time analytics solutions.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

- Experience in architect community activities is an advantage.

- Passion for evangelizing and presenting technical concepts to developers and management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

1. Special Skills: Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Alicloud.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related major.

3. Work Experience: 4-5 years in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or cloud/infrastructure; 1-2 years in an IT Architect role.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Hybrid options available after probation.
