Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture to guide IT investments and digital transformation initiatives
- Align IT strategy with business goals by collaborating with business stakeholders and senior leadership
- Lead architecture governance, ensuring compliance with technology standards and policies
- Evaluate and select suitable technologies, frameworks, and platforms that support scalable, secure, and efficient operations
- Provide oversight and direction on system integration, data flow, and platform interconnectivity
- Partner with infrastructure, application, data, and security architects to ensure end-to-end alignment
- Maintain a future-ready technology roadmap across cloud, digital, and legacy systems
- Drive modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, microservices adoption, API management)
- Assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models and operations
- Support procurement and vendor evaluation by defining architecture-related requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation for architectures, standards, and best practices
- Support major enterprise programs, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platform deployments, ensuring architectural coherence
- Lead architecture reviews and risk assessments during major project planning phase
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, including significant exposure to COTS platforms implementation and integration
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, LeanIX)
- Strong understanding of application architecture, COTS/SaaS product integration, infrastructure, and data architecture
- Experience managing architecture for large-scale platforms such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), or HRIS systems
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), API management, microservices, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- TOGAF or similar EA certification preferred
