A leading investment and asset management group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Lead. This pivotal role involves overseeing enterprise application projects to enhance efficiency and performance, collaborating with various internal functions and external vendors. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of enterprise systems.
Job Description:
Our client is a well-established regional investment and asset management group. They are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Lead to take charge of enterprise application projects that will drive efficiency, performance, and scalability across the business.
This position plays a pivotal role in the design and execution of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, particularly around the deployment and optimisation of key business applications. You’ll be working with a range of internal functions such as finance, operations, IT, senior leaderships as well as external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects focused on enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, finance, business intelligence HR, workflow tools)
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
Gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into actionable IT solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery
Develop and execute structured change management strategies to support adoption across varying user groups and business units
Mitigate delivery risks through proactive issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and project governance frameworks
Conduct training and prepare documentation to facilitate long-term system usage and performance
Continuously identify opportunities for digital process improvement, automation, and integration across business functions
Key Requirements:
At least 5+ years of IT project management and stakeholder management experience
Strong understanding of enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives
Experience in SAP and HRIS systems would be highly preferred.
Strong ability to influence, guide, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with evolving priorities
Sound understanding of system integration, business process mapping, and enterprise IT frameworks
PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
