Job summary

HackerTrail in Singapore seeks a Principal Strategist to set the strategic direction for enterprise discovery and transformation across multi-market client engagements. The role requires shaping AI adoption patterns and measurable business value cases with cost optimisation and efficiency gains.

You will lead C-suite discussions, mentor senior strategists, and partner with leadership to craft agentic architectures and reusable AI-enabled patterns across industries in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-market programmes.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders on enterprise transformation and AI strategy.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI systems, including RAG architectures and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for enterprise discovery and transformation across client engagements.
• Identify portfolio-level transformation opportunities and AI adoption patterns.
• Lead executive discussions and act as trusted advisor on AI transformation strategy.
• Mentor Strategists and contribute to capability-building of the Strategist track.
