Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking an AI & LLM Solution Architect in Singapore to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across APAC. This customer-facing technical role combines solution architecture, customer engineering, and hands-on AI implementation to design, build, deploy, and scale production-ready AI applications using TokenHub, Tencent Hy foundation models, and MCP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, AI platforms, cloud computing, MLOps, or solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to design end-to-end AI and LLM solutions using TokenHub, Hy models, MCP, and related services.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, POCs, and production rollout planning.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production AI deployments.
• Design scalable AI architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP, and vector databases.
• Translate customer requirements into platform enhancements and roadmap input.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, playbooks, and sample applications.
• Lead technical proposals, architecture reviews, and technical due diligence.
