Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited seeks an accomplished Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI/GenAI initiatives across the bank, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. You will establish governance for ethics and data privacy and drive adoption through change management.

Partner with senior leaders, product teams, and technologists to define roadmaps, build business cases, and measure tangible business impact of AI programs across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Experience: >10 years in program management, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts, cloud platforms, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI/GenAI program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI adoption across business units.
• Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts as liaison for AI projects.
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive organizational readiness for AI adoption through training and communication.
• Measure and report on program success metrics and business impact.
