Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Client Relationships:
    • Engage with clients via email and calls to update and gather feedback
    • Attend meetings with stakeholders
  2. Ensure Ticket Resolution:
    • Monitor and prioritize support tickets
    • Collaborate with the customer success team for complex issues
  3. Analyze Client Usage:
    • Review client product/service usage
    • Identify areas for optimization
  4. Manage CRM and Billing:
    • Keep CRM updated
    • Review and verify invoices
  5. Grow Client Base:
    • Define long-term account objectives
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Develop proposals and close new business
  6. Collaborate Internally:
    • Act as the voice of the customer
    • Coordinate with technical, support, and legal teams
  7. Manage Renewals & Attrition:
    • Negotiate renewal contracts
    • Assess and address attrition risks
Candidate Requirements
  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B account management in the tech sector
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Experience with mid-market and corporate clients
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of various tech industries
  • Degree from an accredited university; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within India and Europe
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
