Position Summary
The Enterprise Account Manager will develop business from an existing account base, maintain client relationships across hierarchies, maximize share of customer spend, and offer outcome-oriented solutions to client challenges. The role involves strategic planning, business development, account management, and meeting revenue, pipeline, and gross margin targets. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management and Business Development: Lead business objectives and execute business plans for designated territories/accounts. Build and manage relationships across hierarchies and business units to sell RPS offerings. Identify customer challenges and address them using RPS solutions. Drive events and programs for business creation and opportunities.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Exceed quarterly and annual targets, develop account plans for growth, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with product, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor solutions, develop and pitch custom learning solutions, and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitors. Provide insights to inform product and service enhancements and contribute to strategic development.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare reports and forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise account management, preferably in IT training or education services, with experience in OEMs, system integrators, GCCs, BFSI, or technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of IT, emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity), client relationship building, sales targets achievement, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Additional Attributes & Experience
- Experience in selling IT hardware, software, professional services, ITES, consulting, business solutions, industrial solutions, telecom.
- Delivered annual business of INR 100-120Mn (hardware/high-volume: INR 180-250Mn), with 20% YoY growth.
- Experience in managing revenue and gross margin objectives, conducting regular reviews, customer engagement events, demand generation, and value selling.
