Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banking International, Chinese Corporate Business

Enterprise Banking International drives ASEAN - Greater China flows by providing seamless solutions to businesses to navigate the diverse and competitive ASEAN markets. We are looking for a dynamic and culturally curious individuals to join us on our journey as we expand and deepen the inbound Chinese corporate relationships from Greater China using Singapore/Hong Kong as twin financial hubs to move into ASEAN and where OCBC have a presence and collaborating with the larger OCBC Group subsidiaries. You will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of regional cash management solutions, fulfil digitalisation needs, financing solutions including Structured Finance, Cross-border financing, Capital Markets, and manage promoters personal and private needs in collaboration with OCBC Wealth management group (including Bank of Singapore)
What you do
1. Work on a lifecycle approach to support Chinese Corporates expanding internationally from onboarding to becoming a banking partner in the corporates growth journey
2. Build/manage a portfolio of new/existing China inbound corporate relationships to ASEAN (both borrowing and non-borrowing) ranging from manufacturing, commodities traders, logistics, F&B to new economy technology verticals such as SaaS, eGaming, fintech and medical technologies.
3. Work with overseas colleagues and product partners to identify and realize opportunities across the entire value chain in Singapore, ASEAN and international markets.
4. Cross-sell the full range of financial products and services, including capital markets, corporate finance and cash/wealth management products.
5. Prepare credit proposals/credit reviews and manage/assist in managing the entire financing process through to legal documentation, implementation and on-going monitoring.
6. Enhance customers' relationships and service customers' day-to-day requirements.
Who you are
1. Recognized University Degree acceptable to the Bank
2. Preferable to have knowledge of banking products, including treasury, cash management, and investment banking.
3. Independent and self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and credit analysis skills.
4. Strong data analytical skills, specialist industry knowledge are valued
5. Bilingual and bi-cultural candidates with familiarity of the Chinese markets will be an added advantage
6. Good team player who is driven, pro-active, has a positive attitude and prepared to travel
