Job description

As an Enrolment Consultant, you play a significant role in representing the organization by delivering accurate and prompt information on curriculum to prospective households and students. You will establish good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers to provide a great enrolment experience through calls, emails, and facility visits. You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding your centre's monthly enrolment targets, working closely with the Head of Enrolment and Customer Service (HECS).

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit new students through activities such as facility visits, campaigns, open houses, and information sessions.
  2. Counsel parents of existing and prospective students considering new subjects; assist with academic program selection.
  3. Provide accurate and prompt information on curriculum highlights to prospective households and students.
  4. Develop and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with the company's core competencies.
  6. Understand competition and industry trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to support student recruitment activities and organizational objectives.
  8. Take ownership of assigned and ad hoc tasks and projects.
  9. Enjoy an attractive sales commission scheme as part of the remuneration package.
  10. Product training will be provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Possesses a Diploma in any discipline.
  2. Minimum of 1-year proven sales track record, preferably in education.
  3. Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
  4. Knowledge of CRM, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
  5. Driven and self-motivated.
  6. Strong consultative selling and business development skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
