What You'll Do:
- Follow up with all inquiries from phone calls, social media platforms, emails, etc
- Provide advice to parents of prospective students on our Programmes/ Webinars/ Bootcamps and assist them in suitable Programme/ Webinars/ Bootcamps selection
- Respond to service challenges
- Establish new leads/ follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships to achieve sales and services objectives
- Work with various stakeholders in executing student enrolment strategies and objectives
- Other ad-hoc work tasks/ projects as required or assigned

What You Must Possess:
- An engaging personality and the desire to go the extra mile to service potential customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- Competent verbal & reasonably good written communication skills (English)
- An ability to operate in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric environment
- A pleasant and cheerful disposition
