Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to assist in nursing care under supervision by a Registered Nurse and/or physician. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, assisting in clinic-based procedures, and supporting pre- and post-procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care, conduct Eye and Foot Screening per clinic protocols, and provide basic patient education and

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board as an Enrolled Nurse.
• 1–2 years of clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable and responsible in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the delivery of nursing care to patients under supervision.
• Perform general clinic nursing duties, including phlebotomy and assisting in clinic-based procedures.
• Support pre-and post-procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Conduct Eye and Foot Screening and escalate At-Risk findings.
• Provide basic patient education, counselling, and monitoring for chronic disease management and health promotion under supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
