St Joseph's Home in Jurong West, operated by Catholic Welfare Services, Singapore, is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our person-centred residential care team.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, monitoring residents’ conditions, and building rapport with residents and families. You will work closely with in-house teams and may supervise junior staff during absences.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess NITEC in Nursing.

• Must hold a Practising Certificate issued by the SNB.
• Shift duty availability is an advantage.

Job Description

• Perform nursing procedures in line with the person-centric philosophy of care, and in compliance with the ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards)
• Provide relevant nursing care to our residents, within-going monitoring of their conditions
• Build rapport with residents and their families
• Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care
• Provide clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
• Oversee the rostered nursing team in the absence of the Staff Nurse

Key Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Nursing
• Possess valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB
• Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
• Meticulous and accurate
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work well under pressure
