Enrolled Nurse (Home Nursing)

Responsibilities

1. Perform admission assessment for new and current clients.
2. Monitor Vital Signs (manual or with devices).
3. Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for care within scope of practice and level of competence.
4. Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for delegated care within scope of practice and level of competence.
5. Support, collaborate and co-operate with team members and other healthcare professionals.
6. Perform any other additional duties as assigned by Nurse Management Team.

Nursing Procedure

1. Insert & remove nasogastric tube.
2. Perform female adult urinary catheterization.
3. Change of colostomy/stoma bag.
4. Perform oro-pharyngeal, naso-pharyngeal and tracheal suctioning.
5. Serve pre-packed individualised oral medications according to organisation's policies and procedures.
6. Perform wound dressing.

Qualifications

1. Recognised Enrolled Nurse Certificate or equivalent as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
2. At least 2 years working experience in acute setting.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Compassionate, positive and caring nature.

Other Information

1. Candidates must be willing to travel islandwide.

Working Days/Hours

1. Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm.
2. Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm.
