Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a nursing professional to provide patient care in line with hospital policies and nursing standards.

The role supports Senior Staff Nurses and Staff Nurses in administering medications (oral) and nursing procedures, including wound dressing and nasogastric tube feeding, within the scope of practice. You will orient and guide Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants, document patients' conditions and progress, and take on additional duties as required by the Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures and nursing standards.
• Assist Senior Staff Nurses and Staff Nurses in administering oral medications and performing nursing procedures.
• Assist in wound dressing and nasogastric tube feeding, as authorised and within the scope of practice.
• Provide orientation and clinical guidance to Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants.
• Assist in documenting patients' conditions, progress and nursing care management.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by the Nursing Division in accordance with hospital operational needs.
