Qualifications

• Experience with elderly and/or persons with dementia is essential.

Overview

Job Purpose: Provide basic nursing care to Day Care Centre clients under the supervision and direction of Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform health assessment to new clients upon admission to the Centre.
• Perform basic nursing care procedure and personal care activities to clients based on the individualized care plans.
• Provide training and support to caregivers & nursing aides.
• Oversee client's medical & nursing need and maintain up-to-date documentation of clients’ conditions and care treatments.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• NITEC in Nursing with 2 years of clinical experience for Enrolled Nurse position.
• Experience working with elderly and/or persons with dementia
• 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
