Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor and chaperone patients during clinical procedures/dental treatments.
- Prepare and set up dental rooms prior to patient sessions.
- Clean and disinfect equipment following infection control protocols.
- Perform reception duties, including patient record keeping and appointment scheduling, in a courteous manner.
- Handle telephone inquiries and manage bookings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
Requirements:
- Preferred: 1 year of dental assisting experience. Experience in nursing is also advantageous.
- Enthusiasm and proactive attitude are essential.
- Positive, cheerful, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to converse in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Malay.
