Job summary

Singapore Buddhist Welfare Services invites a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our community care team, delivering nursing procedures, monitoring residents' conditions and supporting daily living activities.

You will maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control, and supervise Health Care Assistants while collaborating with a supportive, resident-centered team. Shift pattern includes 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, four days per week.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in the community care sector.
• Registered Enrolled Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Able to work independently.
• Possess excellent communication skills when engaging the elderly.
• A positive team player.
• Able to work 2 shifts (7 am to 7 pm & 7 pm to 7 am), 4 days work week.

Responsibilities

• To serve packed medications, perform nursing procedures and monitor patients’ conditions diligently.
• To maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, reports and care plans.
• To assist residents in activities of daily living and ensure safety of residents at all times
• Perform infection control and keep environment clean and free from clutter.
• To supervise the Health Care Assistants in their daily work.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
