A leading educational centre in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to enhance client relations and manage inquiries. The role involves presenting programmes, maintaining schedules, and coordinating administrative tasks. Candidates should possess a minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma, with strong interpersonal skills and at least 2 years of customer service experience.

5 days work week ( 1 weekday and 1 weekend Off )
Present and promote the centre’s programmes and educational approach to prospective and existing clients
Manage customer enquiries and sales transactions promptly and professionally
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
Coordinate student scheduling, inventory, and general administrative tasks
Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma qualification
At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the education sector
Proficient in MacOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and committed to service excellence
Willing to work across locations based on operational needs
