Drive Growth & Enrollment – Engage with parents and students to introduce our enriching programmes and increase participation.
Shape Business Success – Contribute to strategic planning to achieve sales and business objectives.
Create Lasting Connections – Build and maintain strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Enhance Customer Experience – Ensure every child and parent feels valued and supported.
Collaborate with Trainers – Work closely with our dedicated educators to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training roles
Experience in children enrichment industry will be an advantage
Confident in public speaking and presentation skills
Possess good communication skills
Possess a pleasant and professional personal decorum with a caring and cheerful disposition
Organized, meticulous and able to multi-task
