Job Description

The role, based in Singapore, involves managing and running an Art Enrichment Centre. Candidates with an education in Fine Arts and/or Arts Management, along with relevant experience, will have an advantage.

The Role

  • Management of the Centre, including front office operations, in a meticulous and organized manner.
  • Relationship management with clients; act as the face of the institution.
  • Coordination of operations and support for the teaching team, ensuring smooth class execution, staff scheduling, productivity, event planning, staff leaves, training, hiring processes, staff induction, and studio timelines.
  • Consultation on programs for all inquiries, detailing courses, student growth avenues, and the admissions process.
  • Sales of Art Programmes, events, and other products/services offered by Little Artists.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated, energetic team of teachers and admin staff to support business expansion.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and studio operations.
  • Manage marketing efforts for the studio and collaborations.
  • Understand studio operations and coordinate daily tasks with the team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer relationship management.
  • Perform other general administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Abilities and Attributes

  • A polite personality with a forward-thinking approach, diligent, committed, self-driven, positive, growth-oriented, with an eye for detail.
  • Passionate about art and eager to work with children.
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management (including internships) is preferred.
  • Experience in content, social media, and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Good customer service and public relations skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized with good time management and process orientation.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong people management skills.
