Join Sparkanauts: Part-Time Early Childhood Educator (Thursdays, Saturdays & Half Sundays PM)
Location: City Square Mall
Role Type: Long-Term Part-Time (One weekday+1.5 weekend days)

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fixed-schedule role perfect for someone who is passionate about early years development, but prefers part-time hours.

Working Days:

• Thursdays (Full Day)
• Saturdays (Full Day)
• Sundays (Half Day - Morning)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist Sparkanauts' enrichment classes to children aged 6 months–6 years, following our structured curriculum.
• Engage with children using movement-based activities, hands-on materials such as flashcards, phonics, and early numeracy.
• Set up and pack down classroom materials.
• Observe and support children’s learning and development.
• Communicate warmly and professionally with parents post-class when needed.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.

Who You Are:

• Energetic, cheerful, and passionate about working with young children.
• Able to manage small group activities and keep young children engaged.
• Comfortable following a structured programme and taking feedback positively.
• A team player who takes initiative and is dependable.
• Prior experience with early childhood settings or enrichment centres is a bonus.
