Job description

The ideal candidate has a background of at least 3 years in the education field. Working experience as kindergarten English teacher would be a major advantage. Perseverance, dedication and flexibility are must.

• Understanding the concept of tuition centers, this is an education -yet service-oriented industry, each student is treated as an individual, instead of a ‘number’
• Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods

Important note:

• We are only looking for full-time teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 4,000 SGD to 4,500 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

Duties

• Preparing lesson plans, and tailoring the lessons to students’ needs
• Providing (written) feedback on student progress
• Developing curriculum materials
• Identifying learning obstacles
• Supervising students during peak hours
• Other ad hoc tasks

Work schedule

• The work schedule is five or six days a week depending on candidates availability.
• 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays; 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch and dinner break arranged in accordance with your schedule)
• Note that the schedule is subject to change during school breaks and on public holidays.
