Join a leading enrichment centre — 5-day week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend), $4,500–$5,000/month, small class sizes

We are seeking dedicated and committed English Teachers to join a leading enrichment centre group in Singapore. You will play a key role in guiding students at both primary and secondary levels, nurturing their language skills, and preparing them for academic excellence.

This is a classroom-based teaching role that requires strong content mastery, engaging lesson delivery, and the ability to connect with students across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English lessons for Primary and Secondary levels.
• Mark student work, including composition assessments.
• Prepare lesson materials and ensure alignment with the centre’s curriculum.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in assessments, classroom trials, and co-teaching as required.
• Uphold the organisation’s values: humility, openness to feedback, and continuous growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience in English (enrichment/tuition centres or MOE background preferred).
• Strong command of written and spoken English is required. Candidates with strong academic results in English (e.g. O-Level B3 or better) or equivalent teaching experience will be considered.
• Tech-savvy — able to use Zoom, Google Docs, and online classroom tools confidently.
• Teachable, collaborative, and open to feedback.

Work Schedule & Load

• Weekdays: 10:30am – 7:30pm (Day Shift) / 12:00pm – 9:00pm (Night Shift)
• Weekends: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Teaching Load: 11–12 classes per week
• Class Size: ~6 students per class
• Lesson Duration: 120 minutes

Work Locations

Teachers will be assigned to a main centre but may also be required to teach at other branches. Travel is not on the same day, but candidates should be prepared for rotation across centres:

• West: Clementi, Bukit Timah, Jurong West
• Central: Novena, Yio Chu Kang
• East: Hougang, Marine Parade, Tampines

What We Offer

• Salary: S$4,500 – S$5,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
• Year-End Schedule: Teachers enjoy a change of pace during Nov–Dec, with workshops and holiday programmes replacing the regular weekly timetable.
