Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Instruction:
Plan and deliver high-quality English language lessons aligned with the institution's curriculum.
Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels. - Lesson Planning:
Prepare detailed lesson plans, including materials, activities, and assessments.
Incorporate language skills development in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. - Student Engagement:
Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Use creative and innovative methods to enhance student participation and motivation. - Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.
Provide constructive feedback and additional support to help students achieve their learning goals. - Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
Address individual student needs and manage classroom behavior effectively. - Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Prepare and submit reports as required by the institution. - Professional Development:
Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with teaching methodologies.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an advantage. - Experience:
Prior teaching experience in English language instruction, preferably in a private institution.
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching and relevant qualifications may also be considered. - Skills:
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to design engaging lesson plans and adapt to students’ needs. - Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
