· Develop and deliver structured English lessons tailored to different grade levels, following the curriculum.
· Teach programs such as AEIS, IB, IGCSE, O/A Level, PSLE, and ESL (English as a Second Language) courses.
· Utilize phonics, grammar drills, guided reading, essay writing, and interactive discussions to build students' proficiency.
· Incorporate critical thinking, communication, and creative writing techniques to enhance language skills.
· Design personalized learning plans to support students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
· Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
· Train students in exam strategies, comprehension techniques, and essay structuring for national and international exams.
· Encourage extensive reading and language exposure to develop fluency.
· Maintain regular communication with students and parents, providing progress updates and improvement strategies.
· Encourage students to complete assignments and improve independent learning habits.
· Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that boosts students' confidence in English.
· Develop and improve lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
· Teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, MOE-registered teacher) are an advantage.
· Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience; experience with international curricula is preferred.
· Strong understanding of PSLE, AEIS, IB, IGCSE, or equivalent exam requirements.
