• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm/ 8am - 6pm/ 9am - 7pm (Based on roster)

Job Description

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons using inquiry-based and play-based approaches
• Design engaging activities that promote creativity, imagination, and language development
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe, document, and assess children's learning progress, especially in language and literacy
• Customize teaching methods to suit different learning styles and developmental needs
• Maintain regular communication with parents on children's development and learning goals
• Collaborate with fellow educators and centre leaders on curriculum planning and implementation
• Participate in professional development workshops and training provided by Babilou Family
• Support the bilingual learning environment (English alongside Mother Tongue Educators)
• Ensure alignment with ECDA and centre guidelines and uphold centre values
