Qualifications

- Working with the English Curriculum to lead, coach and manage the preschool curriculum team of both full-time curriculum specialists and part-time teacher consultants.
- Responsible for the design, development and production of high quality lesson materials for the Preschool English programmes at The Company that meet business needs and timelines.
- Envisioning, planning and designing of the curriculum, as part of the senior curriculum team, to ensure alignment with The Company teaching and learning model and ECDA requirements.
- Implementing the curriculum design through preparation of schemes of work and lesson schedules.
- Developing, writing, and editing lesson materials and teacher guides, which will include conducting research, sourcing for materials and designing engaging learning activities.
- Designing and developing assessment activities that are aligned with The Company's teaching and learning model.
- Providing training and briefings as support for teachers to be able to use the curriculum materials effectively.
- Reviewing and revising curriculum to maintain quality and a competitive edge.
- Has experience in preschool education setting, preferably in a leadership and curriculum capacity.
- Good working knowledge of the English lanaguage teachings.
- Creative, dynamic, innovative, and excited to learn and take on new challenges.
