Job description

Working Hours:

  1. A full 5-day work week up to 44 working hours with 2 off days.
  2. Weekdays: 10am-7pm / 12pm - 7pm
  3. Saturday: 9am-6pm (according to lessons demand)

Job Description

  • Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development: Design unit and lesson plans that align with AEIS and PSLE standards.
  • Instruction & Delivery: Deliver engaging, clear, and effective lessons to students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations.
  • Assessment & Grading: Create quizzes, tests, projects, and exams. Evaluate student work, provide meaningful feedback, and assign grades.
  • Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students, including those with learning disabilities, English language learners, and gifted students.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements (via emails, phone calls, parent-teacher conferences, and report cards).
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, including attendance records, gradebook maintenance, and incident reports.
